How long before my order is shipped?

Due to relaunching we're experiencing a slight delay in fulfillment.

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your items to be packaged and shipped out to you!

While all of our merchandise is fulfilled with our manufacturer, products may ship separately dependent on merchandise that is in stock versus needing to be restocked.

We're doing all we can to stick to CDC COVID regulations, and due to the restrictions, delivery times may be effected.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

100% of the time if an order confirmation has not been received it is because a wrong/misspelled email address was given at checkout. Please email care@adornedbychi.com to update your email.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds/returns/exchanges unless an item is damaged. If an item is damaged or you received the wrong item please email care@adornedbychi.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Turnaround time for replacement items is 24-48 hours.

Where is my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are sent via email. Please double check the email you provide while ordering. If you have provided an accurate email address please allow the 2-3 business days processing time to pass before your item is shipped.


If it has been 3 weeks and you have not received a tracking number via email please email customer care: care@adornedbychi.com

What shipping service do you use?

Orders are shipped via USPS.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your item to reach you once it has been shipped.

My order is marked delivered but I haven't gotten it

Before contacting us, please double check the address you provided. If it is incorrect we will not/can not replace your item. Please make sure to input the correct information when ordering.


If your address is correct please contact FedEx and provide your tracking number. Shipping costs are paid to them to ensure you receive your package.
